Exterior: Sunny lives by himself in a tree house located in Leshy. Sunny's treehouse is seen to be as far away from the lakes as it can be and it's in a tree that's not too high up since he has a fear of heights. Generally, it's pretty basic shaped with an A-frame roof and a small deck area that is intertwined with both tree branches and fairy lights. The outside of the tree house is a dull, gray color with ruin down panels and wood. There is both a rope ladder to climb or a hill to climb to get into the tree house. Another rope ladder to walk across to another area of the woods is also attached to the outside deck of his treehouse, but he's too scared to walk across it.

Interior: Each space is small and cramped, but for the most part, it's pretty simplistic. He doesn't really clean, so things are dusty and dirty. Entering the tree house through the front door puts visitors in the kitchen, followed by a living area with nothing much in it and a singular bathroom. Upstairs, he has two beds (and he alternates which ones he sleeps in.) Neither of them are super comfortable. He rates them as the following: 4/10 and 6/10.

Artwork: Sunny doesn't have a sketchbook, but he has acquired art supplies and loose pieces of paper. Various artwork is placed on the walls throughout his tree house without much care / no framing. He's private about his artwork, but he never allows anyone in his tree house anyway (.. yet) so he feels like it's safe to display for him.

Misc: There's a tally by Bed 1 into the wood of how many days he's been here. It looks like it's been carved in with a knife. There is also a broken mirror in one the living spaces. Was it like that when he got here or did he break it? There's also a slender, black door that he won't open.
